Negligent discharge in Canton bowling alley

Post by rickt »

Not only will this dude lose his CHL, he may lose his RKBA if the felony charge sticks. All because he chose to drink while carrying.
CANTON, Ohio -- A 23-year-old man is accused of shooting another man in the foot while drunk at a bowling alley, authorities say.

Spencer Andrew Webler-Norman, 23, of Canton, faces charges of negligent assault, tampering with evidence, illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor establishment, using weapons while intoxicated and discharging of a firearm on or near a prohibited premise, the release says.

a little different angle and maybe he could have prevented himself from producing children...just saying...
God,
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
the courage to change the things I can
and the Wisdom to know the difference.

Carrying a gun is a right, not a crime.

Gun control is racist.

This guy was standing outside a girl scout cabin...with a gun in his waistband unholstered...interesting wonder what he was doing.
