Not sure that one came to a vote, sounds like it wouldn't have passed. Just the fact it was proposed, and passed preliminary scrutiny of the city solicitors office, is troubling enough.
I hadn't heard this. They are trying to create their own little California down there. I hate that I do so much work in that city...
One of the council members in Cincy is a guy named PG Sittenfeld. He's so out of touch with reality that when he was running against Ted Strickland, he ran TV ads in suburban and rural areas of the state, touting Stricklands former NRA rating, with a graphic of an AR-15 and Ted's face on the side of the receiver, like it was some kind of commemerative edition or something. I saw a dyed in the wool Democrat UAW official watch the commercial, and his comment to me was, "Nice looking gun." :) I asked him if he thought the commercial touting Stricklands NRA rating would affect the voting in this area, and his comment was "Yeah, he might get some votes because of it."

We are STILL looking for a Cincinnati resident who wants to stop this

I miss that mark by maybe 200 yards. We must have somebody who lives inside the line.
