For the first time in New Jersey legal history, the Appellate Division of the Superior Court has applied the U.S. Constitution’s 2nd Amendment Right to “Keep and Bear Arms” to order the return of an individual’s seized firearms and gun license.......

This is a fine example of case law being made as a result of somewhat shady people who like to push limits.
