OK Gov. butts heads with DOD over vaccine mandate for OK National Guard. Current administration is not happy about it.

https://kfor.com/news/local/u-s-departm ... e-mandate/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The U.S. Department of Defense spoke Monday about the Oklahoma National Guard rejecting the Pentagon’s coronavirus vaccine mandate.

It’s a war of words unfolding between Oklahoma and the Pentagon.

President Joe Biden mandated military members be vaccinated. However, the Oklahoma National Guard says its taking orders from Gov. Kevin Stitt instead.

It all started with last weekend’s announcement that the state national guard will follow Stitt’s order, citing U.S. code.
Until a Guardsman is activated under Title 10, they follow the lawful commands of the Governor of the State of Oklahoma, who has not mandated the COVID-19 vaccine for Oklahoma Guard Members. Once activated to title 10 status, Guardsmen are subject to all Title 10 laws and mandates until returning to Title 32 status.

If you [Oklahoma Guard Members] are not mobilized on Title 10 orders, the only entity that can give you a “lawful” order – that is an order backed by the authority of law – is the Governor and his designated State chain of command. That “law” is Title 32 U.S. code. This is easily seen by the fact that the UCMJ does not apply to you in Title 32 status. Instead, you are governed by the Oklahoma Code of Military Justice (OCMJ).

Therefore, Brig. Gen. Mancino provided the policy clarifying the Governor’s order that Soldiers and Airmen in the Oklahoma National Guard are relieved from this requirement until mobilized in accordance with the Constitution, the Law, and sworn oath.

What the MSM doesn't want to report about the new Omicron variant. Granted, the source (South African medical association) might be a little biased, but they are on the front line of the area where the variant is. In addition, check out not just what US experts being quoted about the symptoms say, it's what they don't say. Every one I've seen on the MSM is saying, to the effect of, "We don't yet know how bad the symptoms are" which basically means so far the evidence is it's mild, but we don't want to tell people that because it won't sell the fear porn about the new variant. :( Mild symptoms and you allegedly don't even lose your sense of taste or smell? The main symptoms of this new variant are sore muscles and tiredness for a day or two, and maybe a slight cough? And this is if you're unvaccinated, because they hadn't at the time of the article detected it yet in the vaccinated. So far the symptoms sound less than getting vaccinated, yet the US government and the MSM are using the Omicron variant as fear porn to convince people to get vaccinated while at the same time admitting the vaccines might not do any good against it.

The Doctor that discovered the Omicron variant and is according to her at the epicenter of the outbreak being interviewed by the BBC and basically says the current symptoms discovered is basically a nothing burger, compared to the seasonal flu or even some of the possible side effects of the vaccines, and that at the time of the article no one has needed to be hospitalized as a result of it. Not the story currently on the US MSM.

Gotta have something to distract from and drown out the trial starting this week.

Vaccine bait n switch..
https://tennesseestar.com/2021/10/21/co ... -vaccines/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
If a soldier goes to a military hospital or a private provider to receive an approved Pfizer COVID vaccine, he will be administered the unapproved Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine which is a vaccine that is not approved but has been administered under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). We are told that this is but a brand name difference, that the formulation is the same, and they can be used interchangeably. But as the FDA was approving the Comirnaty product, they were renewing the authorization for the Pfizer-BioNTech product. If it’s just a matter of brand name, why issue an approval for one brand name and an EUA renewal for the other? This is because they are not actually the same.

According to the formulation comparison sheet, the Comirnaty vaccine product has a very different formulation than the Pfizer BioNTech product—on a per 30 μg dose basis for instance, it contains 25 percent more SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein mRNA, 34 percent more polyethylene glycol, 1070 percent more potassium chloride, as well as an ingredient listed only as “Redacted Ingredient.” That last item is alarming
All vaccines should have redacted ingredients right ? I mean why would anyone need to know what's in it. Just lovely.
There is a difference between Pfizer’s BioNTech and Comirnaty products that may even be more profound: the legal one. According to the FDA’s own vaccine fact sheet for the two Pfizer vaccines, “The products are legally distinct . . .”. That legal distinction may mean that any service member who is coerced into taking the vaccine and suffers adverse effects—which is already happening, with case rates of vaccine-induced myocarditis soaring among service members—will have no legal recourse because the vaccine they took was only given Emergency Use Authorization, not full approval, which means that there is no legal liability whatsoever for Pfizer if and when vaccine injury occurs. Not only is the manufacturer not liable for damages incurred, neither are governments or employers. And under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP), their families would also be barred from legal recourse as well.

True, but Biden is requesting that employers implement the mandates for their employees without a federal ax over their necks.

How many companies want to go down because of wrongful termination suits?

Won't take many stock prices plunging to let everyone know the score.

natural immunity not so effective. Just got my second positive test result today, with the last one being in August. Symptoms so far are milder than last time.

Private employers have wide discretion on that sort of thing.

Disney seems to disagree.
Disney has paused its policy requiring Florida-based employees to take the COVID-19 vaccine following new laws passed by the state's legislature last week that limit employers' power to require vaccinations, according to a memo sent to employees.

The company informed employees in a memo sent Friday that it has paused the requirement due to the state legislature's action during a special session last week, and because of an appeal court's temporary delay of federal vaccination guidelines from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Orlando Sentinel reported.
Of course they have a governor willing to punish them for their tyranny, by, you know, upholding a Republic form of government.
In Florida, effective immediately:

✓ Private Employer COVID-19 vaccine mandates are prohibited.
‣ Employees can choose from numerous exemptions, including but not limited to, health or religious concerns; pregnancy or anticipated future pregnancy; and past recovery from COVID-19.
‣ Employees can choose to opt for periodic testing or PPE as an exemption.
‣ Employers must cover the costs of testing and PPE exemptions for employees.

✓ Employers who violate these employee health protections will be fined.
‣ Small businesses (99 employees or less) will face $10,000 per employee violation.
‣ Medium and big businesses will face $50,000 per employee violation.

✓ Government entities may not require COVID-19 vaccinations of anyone, including employees.

✓ Educational institutions may not require students to be COVID-19 vaccinated.

✓ School districts may not have school face mask policies.

✓ School districts may not quarantine healthy students.

✓ Students and parents may sue violating school districts and recover costs and attorney’s fees.

According to a study allegedly done by the respected Cleveland Clinic, within 6 months of an initial infection, natural immunity is just as effective or ineffective as the vaccines.

Turns out I still don't know if I have it a second time.. testing center screwed up the first test, their system glitched and sent me positive results that turned out to be from my Aug test. Had to go back in yesterday to be tested a second time. still waiting for the updated results.. Either way out of work till the results come in.

Perfect example of how smoothly things will go, if their mandatory weekly testing gets through.
