I have not viewed the entire proposed budget. That is my next step and will be very difficult as I presume it is not called 'red flag' etc. but more tech / legal terms. Buried in the jargon.

It was proposed and put in, and, I have heard NOTHING from any outlets of the offending portions being removed.

https://www.statenews.org/post/dewine-a ... t-proposal" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

https://www.cleveland.com/open/2021/02/ ... -bill.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I DID see fairly recently that some sentencing stuff was removed, when the budget proposal was moved from one chamber to the next. And right now / 2nd cuppa I can't find that LoL
Acquisitions thus far:

-Slingshot
-Butter knife
-Soda straw and peas
-Sharpened pencil
-Newspaper roll
--water balloon (*diversionary*)

Yeah, I'm that good

Your response is typical of those I've received - I don't know/I heard/I was told/I haven't read it myself.

So, I'm still waiting for someone, anyone, to provide actual pointers to the language in the budget constituting "red flag" provisions. (And, I *have* read the budget, and I don't see it. I'm willing to believe I've overlooked it - but only if someone can show me where it is)

I was told ^^, and not the next door neighbor on a non-drinking day 8) . I M looking in the budget. If THEY who reported it are incorrect, then it is faulty info I received. From a credible source. That's been sourced here on this website as credible, before. Which is the primary way I ever knew about them , as a source; from here. Who are in fact credible. Well, ....

I presume that I was also told correctly (on FM radio News) , that some type of firearms sentencing was removed from the budget. Again, similarly, not eating hot peppers & dreaming it or cooking it up on my own whim, I heard it on the radio

''I saw it on the radio'' famous lil jingle LoL
