The forums have been hosted for some time now out of my pocket. We are coming up on the annual domain renewal for ohioccwforums.org and I pay roughly $20/month to keep the forums online. I do this to maintain the long-standing history of discussions here indexed in Google, and so that people have a place to discuss this topic outside of modern social media censorship. If you enjoy the forums and you'd like to help offset the cost, please consider a venmo donation here

I'll be visiting some friends tomorrow in Toledo, coming from Michigan with a MI CPL. I've looked over the USCCA quick profile on Ohio, but I was wondering if anyone knows if there are specific carry policies in the Toledo Art Museum. I don't know how close we'll be able to park, and I'd hate to have to walk back to the car to lock up the pistol if it turns out they'll be wanding visitors or something silly like that.
I basically just registered an account so I could ask that - but hello, everyone, from Lansing. Let me know if you visit, we can hit the range or something
Welcome! And the Museum of Art is a No-Carry zone. It's just a short walk back to the car.

Correct on both counts. It's posted on the entrance, and (assuming I'm reading the USCCA profile for Ohio correctly) is legally enforceable.
I did not notice that anyone was being wanded or anything. Strictly speaking, it would have been possible, but not legal. Like you said, the car was a block away. I don't want to find out what they do to Michiganders in Ohio jails.
