Hello All,
My Name is Andy.
Indiana resident lifetime CCW.
Ive been living in Ohio for over a year, But keep my Indiana residency for Insurance and Tax purposes. I do spend the majority of my time in Ohio and just bought a House.
Question is, I really don't want to give up my Indiana residency so I think this may be an Issue as I have My Indiana CCW as well as my Florida Non-resident license (took training course in Ohio) and have renewed it once already.
If I have an issue when an armed response comes into question, am I looking at a legal nightmare defending myself when/ if it goes to court?
Any comments and feedback is welcomed. Thanks

To be perfectly blunt, the fact that you own real property in Ohio - that appears to be your domicile - and have been here for over a year spending the "majority" of your time living here is more than likely sufficient to establish that you are now an Ohio resident.
