CHARBEN, if you wanna know the truth, I knew the Doc, I was a friend of the Doc ...... and you're no Doc Holliday.
You might make a decent curmudgeon,..... some day.
We've strayed a little off topic here.

That would make you even older than I thought seeing as how he died almost 124 years ago!
Unless you are talking about this Doc Holliday:

First time I recall hearing someone else on these forums mention Austrian school. I am quite firm in my opinions in that regard.donttreadonluke wrote:Also, I don't know how many of you guys and girls are politically active, but I'm a staunch anarcho-capitalist libertarian, and a devoted supporter of Ron Paul and Austrian economic theory. I would love to meet more of our ilk from the C-bus area for camaraderie and the occasional beer.
Sounds like I'd enjoy getting to know you if I was staying in OH, but I decided to move to Texas for more freedom.

What are everyone's favorite Columbus area Gun Ranges?
For handguns and/or rifles.

Re: Luke in Columbus
In the crappy weather months I tend to shoot at Black Wing SC just west of Delaware on US-36.
In the nicer months I like to get out to Delaware ODNR range at US-23 and SR-229 a time or two each season.
In the summer, the bulk of my shooting takes place at my buddy's house in Morrow County where we built a range.

I like to swap brass... and I'm looking for .32 H&R Mag, .327 Fed Mag, .380 Auto and 10mm. If you have some and would like to swap for something else, send me a note!

By far and away my favorite was Big Darby Creek Shooting Range. Too bad Battelle %&^%(*& them over and got them shut down.donttreadonluke wrote:What are everyone's favorite Columbus area Gun Ranges?

Re: Luke in Columbus
Big Darby Creek was the only range I've been to in this area, and those guys were great. I was very sad when I found out they were getting shut down. Now I'm looking for a new place to shoot, as I don't have the luxury of plinking all day on a friend's privately owned land.
