Annual Dinner, The Salem Hunting Club - 3/17/12

Post by Jake »

Happy New Year to you from The Salem Hunting Club!

It’s time to prepare for our most important fund-raiser of the year, our Annual Dinner.
After last year’s success, we’re returning to The Little Quaker Hall, 1688 S. Lincoln Avenue in Salem on March 17th, 2012. Doors open at 5p.m. and dinner is served at 6p.m.

The menu includes delicious time proven standards as well as items that you’ll not likely find during Sunday dinner at Mom’s.
Aside from the food, a highlight of the Annual Dinner is the vast array of door prizes and raffles that include firearms. The assorted collection of prizes always assures winners won’t be disappointed.

The demand for tickets always exceeds the 300 available.
If you’re interested in attending this year’s dinner, contact me with the number of tickets you’d like ($20 each). The ticket includes all food and drinks (soft drinks / beer).

Last year, many merchants were very supportive by donating prizes or dinnerware.
While it’s never easy asking for assistance, we’re optimistic that you’re in a position to be a Sponsor this year. If so, arrangements can be made to have items picked up or any other arrangement that is convenient for you.

We’ll thank you for your donation by prominently displaying an 8.5”x11” facsimile of your business card at the dinner.

If you’re interested in looking for alternative ways of reaching new customers, for dinner sponsors we’re reducing the already low price of advertising on our website by 50%.
With our site’s 500(+) hits/month, this ensures you a lot of exposure at a very low price.
When subscribing for a 1 (one) year term, not only will your business card be shown on our site but also on our bi-monthly newsletter which reaches over 200 members.

No pressure. It’s just our way of saying Thanks”!

:D

Formed in 1945, The Salem Hunting Club has a long history of educating area families in defending the natural resources of our country; its soils, minerals, forests, waters and wildlife from waste.
