I have a Dell laptop (black) with a 15 in. Screen I bought for my wife 4 years ago. Right after that she got a smartphone for Christmas and the Dell has set ever since.
I’m not computer savvy so I don’t know the model. Took the sticker off the day she opened it. Seems to me like it was 1550 or something like that. I reset it to factory default last night.
