Party In the Park 2020

Post by Mustang380gal »

Greetings!

Because of the corona virus and associated difficulties, the OFCC board made the painful decision to cancel the PITP for August. The park had restrictions that would have made our meeting difficult if not impossible to hold. We were also concerned about many of you, that you may not feel comfortable traveling or being in a crowded situation.

It is usually our annual meeting, so we are working on a way to hold an annual meeting later this year. So far we have not come to a conclusion, but we will let you know as soon as we do. I am hoping for something really good because not much good has happened in 2020 so far.

Keep your eye out for information on the Fun n Gun, which we want to go forward with this fall. And hopefully next year we will be able to meet together in Liberty Park for a great big Party In The Park.

I guess the dinner at Harry's Steakhouse earlier this month is about as close as we're coming to an OFCC annual meeting then?
Quit worrying, hide your gun well, shut up, and CARRY that handgun!
