Plus what the defendants claim about standing doesn't matter. From the Supreme Court:
... it is not necessary that petitioner first expose himself to actual arrest or prosecution to be entitled to challenge a statute that he claims deters the exercise of his constitutional rights.
Steffel v. Thompson, 415 U.S. 452, 459

It's important that the threat of prosecution be genuine and not speculative, but given the Columbus ordinance is a clear prohibition against ownership with penalties attached, there's no vagueness there.
