End ballot initiatives.

Or at least raise the number of signatures required to put a initiative before the voters and to require any future amendments to our state constitution and statutory provisions via ballot initiative to require a super majority rather than a simple majority of votes.

This should be our priority.

So now that the HB 228 drama is winding down let's see if some pro-gun bills start getting introduced.

JMHO but I think that the "allow non-lethal" and "allow alternative" forms of self-defense really should (and do) fall under the same category and the associated # of votes should be combined...and quite frankly even the "non-lethal" forms have occasionally killed people in their use. As long as one isn't the aggressor it shouldn't matter what the tool used is.

I think many here agree with you on that point.

Another thing I think we need to work on is making the "individuals" in office responsible for paying attorney fees and court cost when their office breaks the laws and not paying those costs with taxpayer's money when they lose.
