Is this true?

The copy of the law as filed with the secretary of state shows an effective date of March 28, 2019. This is on page 36 of this PDF file:

For those of us that are not up to speed on the potential problem with H.B. 228, what is the one sentence call to action that I can explain to my state rep/senator for an emergency fix?

Thanks,
cityboy

Do you Job! is the one sentence answer.

The longer answer is that civil government is a tool created by the citizens to protect the enjoyment of their Rights. Ya'all done screwed up in the last GA. Get to it.

Nobody is turning anything in.
Nobody is going to jail for this.
Stop goofing around.

BFS is now talking about wanting themselves to rewrite all of Ohio's gun laws...Are they Stupid? They're partly to blame for this fiasco from what I've read!
"Lord, make my hand fast and accurate.
Let my aim be true and my hand faster
than those who would seek to destroy me.
Grant me victory over my foes and those who wish to do harm to me and mine.
Let not my last thought be 'If I only had my gun."
And Lord, if today is truly the day you call me home
Let me die in a pile of empty brass."
Amen

The emergency bill is written.
I've had a copy for a couple weeks now, haven't released it until I am sure what gets introduced.
I'm expecting it to get introduced this morning and have it's first hearing this afternoon, 2:30pm in the Senate Finance Room at the Statehouse
