Budget bill changes to CHL law

Did anybody notice changes made to 2923.1210 (parking lot storage) in the budget bill that became effective 9/29/17?

Specifically this tidbit was added:
(B) A business entity, property owner, or public or private employer that violates division (A) of this section may be found liable in a civil action for injunctive relief brought by any individual injured by the violation. The court may grant any injunctive relief it finds appropriate.

I have no idea who stuck that in there, but well played.
Never ask if you can carry at a non-posted place, but always ask why you cannot at one that is!
Just because they offer call ahead seating doesn't mean you call ahead for carry permission.
