Hello
I received a CHL back in 2005 which was suspended in 2006 due to a F5 arrest. The case was eventually dismissed and I had it sealed.
I don't believe my CHL was ever revoked - just suspended pending the outcome of the case against me (which took a few years), and then expired. I haven't held once since then.
Would an application submitted today be considered a "new license" or a "renewed license"?
Thank you.
Renewal or New application after suspended CHL?

Re: Renewal or New application after suspended CHL?
I'm going to say it would be a renewal.

Have you updated the application, please?
