Training types
So, I've been through the basic pistol course twice for a CCW permit, but let my permit lapse several years ago (yeah, I know...). My question is if I can go get some more advanced training and use it to meet the training requirements for a permit, or if it has to be the basic pistol course again? I don't mind taking it, but would like to go get some training that I haven't been through already. Any input would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

Did you get your actual license, and let it expire, or just take the course, and let your certificate expire?
If you actually had your license, and let it expire, you should still be able to renew, using your expired license as proof of having the course.
