New CHL Applicant - Criminal Records Question
I was charged with two felonies as a younger man(Both RSP) but was never convicted. One was dropped completely and the other was dropped to a misdemeanor. Will that keep me from getting my CCW license?

Only convictions would be a disqualification. Read over the application as it applies to your situation: http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/2923.1210

Thanks, Cosmos. The part that got me was the "Charged" part. I wasn't sure if that meant EVER being charged or having pending charges. Thanks for clearing it up for me.
