For clarification, this was a general recommendation - I've not heard of Crawford County's computers being down specifically, just stories of folks trying to apply in PA and not being able to because of down computers.

Yup, permit came in the mail today. I applied on Nov 1, the permit says it was issued on Nov 12, and it arrived today. So, 19 days from start to finish. TY Crawford County PA

Went there today and was in and out very quickly. Everybody was very friendly... :D
