Will my application be denied ?

There's a guy I'm very well acquainted with and had a Harley that he rode to work every day. One morning on a very early spring day he pulled up to a light in a construction zone. Now this person was a very polite person and rode defensively all the time. As he was stopped a very aggressive pulled up in his lane, so close in fact the driver side mirror clipped the right side handlebar forcing the rider to jump off the bike as the bike fell over. As the biker got up he noticed the guy in the car was laughing about the accident. Unfortunately the biker, (very nice, calm person btw) sort of lost it and got into his saddle bag, pulled out one of those expandable batons, you know, the ones with the weighted ball on the end of it, and proceeded to shatter the driver side window, the driver side mirror, the door panel, and as the guy, no longer laughing now, started to open his door, the biker, (very nice person btw), kicked his door shut on his leg. At that point the biker, (very nice person btw) lifted his bike and rode off into the sunrise to work. The only damage to the bike was a scratched rear hard bag. which was fixed very soon after the incident.
