ISO: Spent .50 BMG primers

Post by JustaShooter »

I'm working on a project for my two sons using inert .50 BMG cartridges and managed to acquire a number of brass cases & bullets, but the cases have been deprimed. Does anyone out there have any spent .50 BMG primers I could talk you out of? I'm looking for a couple dozen of them.

Don't really need the anvil, just the cup, and would be happy to pay shipping - I imagine a padded envelope would be the cheapest way to go...

In a pinch you can purchase a brass rod of the right size from a hobby store or decent hardware store and make plugs that would look the same as a primer. (spent or unspent).
