Wow...9th district ruling on improper handling of a firearm.

Open Carry is carrying a firearm unconcealed in Ohio. OC does not require a concealed handgun license, but the practice requires intimate knowledge of the law since there are places and situations where OC is prohibited but carrying concealed would be permitted. OC is also likely to attract attention. This forum is for discussion of OC, not for debating the pro's and con's or coordinating any type of protest events.

diamond12 - As BobK has pointed out, we do expect at least a modicum of civility. I've already wasted 10 minutes of time moderating some of your posts, and expect I've got another 30-40 minutes to go. You are more than welcome to disagree with some of the things you read here. But should you choose to air your disagreements we expect you to do so - agreeably.
Total repeal of ALL firearms/weapons laws at the local, state and federal levels. Period. Wipe the slate clean.
