Went to CE gun show at the Clark County Fairgrounds today and all buildings are posted. Yet the gun show is in a posted building. Odd. (money must talk louder than the signs)

Yes, it is odd, but fairgrounds are required to post the buildings.

And, in my opinion, barns are not buildings.

Only some of them (those that qualify as "government facilities") and only sometimes - if the fair board adopts a rule permitting carry in those buildings considered "government facilities" they will not have to post signage as of March 28th.

Well, they *are* "buildings" but may not be considered "government facilities" since they arguably qualify as "shelters" and would then be exempt form the definition of "government facility".

By the way, this would be a good time to approach your county fair board and lobby to have them adopt a rule allowing concealed carry in those buildings considered "government facilities" so that they no longer have to post signs and worry about it.
