Tried to find this but maybe didn't go far enough. Was HB48 passed? Did it allow locking firearm in car on school property while attending a school activity?

No, what passed was AM Sub HB 234, and it did not contain a provision to store your handgun in your car on school property.

If I recall correctly, we got three more states of reciprocity in exchange for a Federal background check, to which Zippy is now adding some Military Vet and Soc. Security disqualification data. Brilliant chess moves on his part. Expands his gun-control agenda by MILLIONS.
