Comment: Why are the northern ohio stores being posted with corporate no guns signage? I am one of an estimated one million concealed carry firearm- license holders. I am also a 12 yr military combat veteran who's never so much as been arrested.
You just alienated me from entering your stores. From what I read, your corporate policy is to follow state laws in regards to this matter. This is not a "local" policy. These are mcdonalds corporate signs which include many "prohibited" items. Not a locally made sign.

Due to Walmart's new gun, and other policies- I have not shopped, or spent a dime there in almost eight months. I am a forumn site member of ohioans for concealed carry. It's already posted on their board. Its known throughout this region by many, many CHL holders.
This is going to cost your company alot of lost revenue.

I've recently spent over $100,000 in home renovations. Not a dime of it was spent at walmart.

I can handle not eating at your restaurants if need be.

But, in this day and age- I will not give up my constitutional right to self defense, for a burger.

Business and politics do not mix... just ask dicks sporting goods how a 64 billion dollar revenue loss feels.

Sure it does. I've seen a 2nd version of the multi no-no signs that doesn't have the gunbuster, and then I've seen one where someone (presumably the manager or franchise owner) had cut out the gunbuster.

I've seen two versions of the "multiple no-no" sign, same as JustaShooter.
Quit worrying, hide your gun well, shut up, and CARRY that handgun!

The reply to my message-

Hello Joel:

Thank you for sharing your comments and concerns.

We take your concerns seriously and appreciate your feedback. This restaurant is a locally-owned, independent business and we have shared your feedback with the franchisee.

Again, thank you for taking time to share your concerns.

This situation seems similar to what happened at Huntington Bank. For years the policy was no posting, it now appears the decision is left up to the managers. The Orwell branch of Huntington started posting when a new manager took over, the old manager went to Jefferson, that branch is not posted.

I don’t understand the reasoning behind this change, but I suspect if you dig hard enough you will find a lawyer. I wonder how many companies will adopt this policy and what make them think it’s a good idea.

I've seen many multi-quote signs WITHOUT the gun buster also! They're pretty much everywhere!
