Grand River Wildlife Range

Is the range at Grand River open in December?

Was hoping to go sight in a new AR upper there this weekend and making sure its open.

Yes, it's open in December. They're closed from Jan. 1 thru end of Feb.

Thanks, I remember reading it was closed in some part of the winter, but couldn't find it again.

It's class A range, clean well manicured and safe. There's three (3) safety officers on duty. A 25yd., 50yd. and 100yd. section.
Of course there's a single-day $5. or a $24. annual pass required; available at Dick's or other sporting goods stores. Target mounting frames are provided but bring your own trargets. (To save a trip for those who might not be aware.)
