Zero.

Shooting some 5.56 in .223 Rem marked guns can lead to high pressure situations.

What you’re doing is 100% good to go.
I like to swap brass... and I'm looking for .32 H&R Mag, .327 Fed Mag, .380 Auto and 10mm. If you have some and would like to swap for something else, send me a note!

Brass is identical in dimensions, and the pressure difference is due to a difference in measurement (peak versus average).

The difference comes to the lead and throat dimensions of the chamber cut. Assuming you're buying cheap 55 grain stuff, you'll have zero issues. If you're putting 77 grain 5.56 in your .223, I'd expect an issue to crop up eventually.
