An STI Spartan III in 9mm. Maybe - maybe - if I get my chores done in a timely fashion tomorrow it can take a trip to the range.
Total repeal of ALL firearms/weapons laws at the local, state and federal levels. Period. Wipe the slate clean.

Well, the latest carry piece.....though well past a 48 hour purchase........ is a Glock 43....super light, and so far, seems reliable after around 300 rds of range and carry ammo.
Have mag extenions that increase cap. to 8rds
Now I'm looking at different sights .
Even picked up a CZ Scorpion EVO 3 a while back.
Gosh, I hope I didn't already post about these........"before" in this discussion. My memory isn't worth a crap sometimes.....

Remington R1S 1911 in .45 acp. Price point too good to pass on, motivated tableholder needs cash for building repairs to his business. Never attend OGCA without some spending money !
Quit worrying, hide your gun well, shut up, and CARRY that handgun!

Now all you need is a some decent ammo and a teachable attitude (I suspect you already possess both) and you are all set!

I found 36 gr hp Federal at a decent price in bulk before anything else.. Good thing I ordered it when I did - Palmetto isn't the fastest shiper on Earth aparently.. so I've only ordered one more thing since then.
Oh yeah - SSA-E trigger!(seemed to arive light years quicker than the ammo, I'd say they were light on staff - or bosses - the week before Labor Day)
As far as the teachable attitude, I plan to be a lump of clay that has a hard time getting into a sitting position, even though I am workin on that as we speak.
My wife wants practice before the 'competition' hence the training target.. I have no doubt she'll shoot better than me.
