H. B. No. 348 - Representative Miller, A (D).

To amend sections 2903.214, 2919.26, and 3113.31 and to enact section 2923.22 of the Revised Code to prohibit a person subject to a protection order from purchasing or receiving a firearm for the duration of the order.
