Damn! They've got better editing equipment than I do. But I'm nearly done with a nice edit of her interview with the president of the Oberlin College Rifle Club.

Video:

A quick tidbit to balance the limited coverage of today's event by Maria Scali of FOX News 8: http://youtu.be/_0FvRUyv5Dw" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

More video to come, including genuine interaction between the two groups, not just talking head sound bites.

I agree, there was some serious discussion and debate going on between the two sides. But I'll bet most folks missed the celebrity who stopped by to visit. David Codrea who writes the blog Waronguns. That one is a must read daily stop for me. He is also a regular on the Armed American Radio program/podcast. I like to download those to my phone for those time when work gets boring or Sirius Radio is trying to prove that song "500 Hundred channels and nothing to watch wasn't just a song! I am really looking forward to seeing more videos. There were so many good conversations going on it was hard to pick just one. A good reminder why I enjoy these shindigs so much.

Oh my God! I had my camera on the opposition folks at the picnic table. I'm editing that clip, and I noticed that the guy in the blue blazer and the bucket hat appeared to pick up a rock and throw it into the playground area.

In Oberlin, that's against the law!

"The Oliver Hardy-looking IT specialist .." So is the reporter trying to classify and characterize people he doesn't know? Report the facts, let the people decide.

That would be Brian D., aka Maude Frickert.

Yes, I do believe in open carry. An openly armed man is clear in his intentions. Concealed carriers are sneaks and skulkers and elitist, boot licking, political contribution making, running dog lackies of The Man. <wink> (thx grumpycoconut - OpenCarry.org)
