There is video but it's censored and I couldn't find the uncensored raw video yet. In one news source the same censored video does show the officer using
curse words after shooting and hitting the victim.

Don't they train LE for how to properly respond to a dog attacking a victim in the academy? I know they didn't back in the day but I would've thought they would've been doing that now.
