Although this isn't in Ohio, it's interesting from a employee carrying concealed while on the job situation. Although the driver has not been charged, the transit system fired him, saying "we don't want anybody carrying guns." IDK if the bus system has specific rules against passengers carrying, but in this case the guy wasn't supposed to be carrying period. Not that this stopped him in any way. It's unknown if the drivers lawyer will file suit against the bus system. He said the driver has a right to defend himself Of course he does but with the bus company he's not supposed to defend himself from an armed attacker with a gun. I guess they don't subscribe to the philosophy of the Dali Lama.
"If someone is shooting at you then it would be reasonable to shoot back with your own gun."
The driver didn't even stop driving the bus or appear to slow down as he fired one handed.
