Carrying a concealed weapon, I-271 entrance at Chagrin Boulevard: At 4:25 a.m. Dec. 3, police stopped a car driven by a man due to various traffic violations. It was found that the man was in possession of two loaded handguns. The man failed to inform officers that he possessed a concealed carry permit and weapons.
The driver was also discovered to be drunk. His blood-alcohol content was .17, above the state minimum for drunk driving of .08.
Police charged the man with OVI, prohibited BAC, carrying a concealed weapon, not driving within marked lanes, and for turn and stop signal violations.
