I see that the incumbent from district 9, where I live, is not running for re-election. (Hallelujah!) The Republican candidate is someone I've never heard of. That bodes well for the Democrat, since he's a retired Cincinnati police officer and has spent time on city council.
Quit worrying, hide your gun well, shut up, and CARRY that handgun!

I see that six tokens slipped into the list. Makes sense to show a modicum of balance.

Spent some time with Rep. Andy Brenner (R) at a luncheon fund raiser today. I congratulated him on his OFCC endorsement.

Actually less dems than I expected. The dems have in some past elections had some descent folks on the top end of the ticket.

In Ohio, in this cycle, many Democrats are dispirited and in disarray. Their standard bearer is hurting the down ticket.

FitzGerald. Supposedly, two key members of his campaign staff bailed today. FitzGerald is the Democrat standard bearer in Ohio.

ETA:
Found this on the Plain Dealer on-line website. Seems as the rumor is true. Big hole in the hull of the FitzGerald campaign. There is a saying in politics, "Don't be the last rat off a sinking ship."
