Four state Registry of Motor Vehicle clerks along with two other people were arrested Wednesday after authorities say they were making false identifications through the registry and selling them to people living in the country illegally, some of whom had been deported in the past.

Some of those phony licenses and identifications were used to fraudulently register to vote in Boston, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

President Donald Trump’s administration has reversed the government’s position on a voter roll case before the U.S. Supreme Court and is now backing Ohio’s method for purging voters.

Ohio’s system for removing inactive voters from the rolls does not violate the National Voter Registration Act, the Justice Department said Monday.

The government’s filing said it reconsidered its position following the change in administrations. The Justice Department under President Barack Obama said Ohio’s method was prohibited.

Ohio’s process involves a three-part test that starts with voters who haven’t cast ballots in two years, then fail to respond to a notice trying to verify their address, and then fail to vote for an additional period of two federal elections.

A former staffer with Harrisonburg Votes, a political organization affiliated with the Democratic party, paid to register area voters during the weeks leading up to the 2016 National Election, was sentenced in federal court Tuesday for causing 18 fraudulent Virginia Voter Registration Forms.

Andrew J. Spieles, 21, of Harrisonburg was sentenced to 100 days in jail.

In a new poll, half of Republicans say they would support postponing the 2020 election if Trump proposed it.

Critics of President Trump have repeatedly warned of his potential to undermine American democracy. Among the concerns are his repeated assertions that he would have won the popular vote had 3 to 5 million “illegals” not voted in the 2016 election, a claim echoed by the head of a White House advisory committee on voter fraud.

Claims of large-scale voter fraud are not true, but that has not stopped a substantial number of Republicans from believing them. But how far would Republicans be willing to follow the president to stop what they perceive as rampant fraud? Our recent survey suggests that the answer is quite far: About half of Republicans say they would support postponing the 2020 presidential election until the country can fix this problem.
This poll was conducted by the Washington Compost. So, from the start, I'm suspicious about the way they did it. Why didn't they ask the Democrats what they thought? Why didn't they ask the Democrats a question about postponing the election so more liberals and illegals get a chance to register? Why didn't they ask the Democrats to allow an entire week to vote so the Marxists can cast more than one ballot?

Then it was the Compost that posed the suggestion/question about postponing the 2020 election. The seed has been planted.

Watch what happens next. The MSM will be reporting that Trump wants to suspend the 2020 election even though he hasn't said anything about it.

More than 6,500 peopleregistered to vote in New Hampshire on Nov. 8 using out-of-state driver’s licenses, and since then the vast majority have neither obtained an in-state license nor registered a motor vehicle.

Conservatives say the state’s same-day registration is an invitation for fraud because of loose proof-of-residence rules.

SNIP

Since Election Day, Republicans have charged that a significant number of nonresident Democrats, principally from Massachusetts, flowed into New Hampshire to vote illegally, tilting a close race to their party.

SNIP

⦁ 6,540 people registered and voted on Nov. 8, based on presenting out-of-state licenses.

⦁ As of Aug. 30, about 15 percent (1,014 of the voters) had been issued New Hampshire driver’s licenses.

⦁ Οf the remaining 5,526, barely more than 200 (3.3 percent) had registered a motor vehicle in New Hampshire.

New Hampshire law gives drivers 60 days upon establishing residence to obtain a state license.

But more than 80 percent of voters who registered on Nov. 8 using out-of-state driver’s licenses, or 5,313 of them, neither had a state license nor registered a motor vehicle almost 10 months later.

Double voting is illegal, and 196 people are being investigated for casting ballots in New Hampshire and in other states.

In the presidential race, Democrat Hillary Clinton defeated Republican Donald Trump in New Hampshire by 2,736 votes. In an even tighter race, for the Granite State’s U.S. Senate seat, Democratic challenger Maggie Hassan defeated incumbent Republican Kelly Ayotte by 1,017 votes.
So, less than 3000 votes was the margin of error, yet over 6500 from out of state were allowed to vote in these statewide elections....

Who's looking? Who's enforcing any of this? Enforcement is nearly impossible in real time (day of the election). And who's going to reverse the "results of an election" weeks if not months after the cast has set, bringing a firestorm onto themselves and jeopardizing his/her livelihood?

How many "poll workers" are going to stand up to an outraged out of state person threatening legal action?
Take a voluntary position and make it a battleground. Do we think that upright citizens are going to willingly enter that tsunami?
Not difficult to infiltrate that office, and get a few hundred swing votes in the process.

“Debts have to be repaid,” Holder told the first church. “We need to send Donald Trump a message. … You’re telling Donald Trump that’s not the America I want. We want the America of Barack Obama.”

He said he was exhausted by the president. Sounding like Obama, Holder talked about making sure “Pootie” and “Ray Ray” got off the couch to vote. He noted that they needed big margins because “voting machines get lost.”

He said Trump’s America can feel like it’s not the same country that elected his friend in 2008.

So, there's a MEMO out there that the election was tilted. Apparently it's a big deal.

Here's a former Secret Service agent begging to release the memo.

Voters who have moved away and those who are deceased may provide a solid core of Democrat votes in many key states.

Because most states do not have efficient or effective ways of purging their voter rolls when people leave the area or pass away, the names stay on the rolls and afford a great opportunity — in the absence of photo IDs — for fraudulent ballots to be cast in their name.

States are limited in what they can do to ascertain who still lives at a voter’s address and who has moved because courts have ruled that doing so could intimidate minority voters.

SNIP

In swing states, the number of “ghost voters” may be enough to swing the outcome.
Ghost Voters in Swing States

Colorado: 159,373
Florida: 100,782
Iowa: 31,077
Michigan: 225,235
New Hampshire: 8,211
North Carolina: 189,721
Virginia: 89,979

2016 Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton won Colorado by 136,386 votes and New Hampshire by 2,736 — both fewer than the number of ghost voters who could have backed her and tipped the balance.

President Donald Trump carried Michigan by 10,714 votes and North Carolina by 173,315 — again less than the number of ghosts.

In another decision that is bound to upset the left, the Supreme Court is allowing Ohio to clean up its voting rolls by targeting people who haven't cast ballots in a while.

SNIP

In a 5-4 decision, SCOTUS upheld Ohio's so-called "use it or lose it" practice, arguing, as The Hill reports, that the “Supplemental Process,” does not violate the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), which bar states from removing the names of people from the voter rolls for failing to vote.

This case was a challenge to one of the practices that Ohio uses for removing voters from its registration lists: Election boards mail notices to registered voters who have not voted in two years, asking them to confirm that they are still eligible to vote. If a voter does not return that notice, his registration is cancelled. The challengers contend that the practice violates federal voting laws, which bar states from removing registered voters from their list just because they did not vote.

A little nugget. Alito wrote the decision which was 5-4 with the usual suspects on either side. A paraphrase of one of Alito's line is that NO SENSIBLE PERSON can read the federal law the way the dissent does.
