Ashland Lake will once again be hosting a Women on Target event this year. The event will be on Saturday, June 27st and everything is included. There will be 7 different clinics and you're able to pick 4 to attend. This is an all day event meant to introduce women to shooting and the shooting sports. All skill levels are welcome and you don't need to own or bring anything. Eye & ear protection, guns, ammo, holster (where needed) are all provided along with lunch, beverages throughout the day, etc. Clinics include steel plates, bowling pins, IDPA (1 & 2), 100 yard service rifle, practical shotgun, and trap/skeet. An instructor is next to you every step of the way. A few months after you'll also get a DVD-ROM in the mail with pictures from the day.
Attendance is limited to 75 women. If you're interested in attending, PM me a private email and I'll send you the flyer & registration form in PDF format. Below is collage I made up from some of the pictures taken from 2013.
For those still waiting on pictures from 2014, the photographer just got the mailing list this past weekend and they're being mailed this week.
