I would definitely announce in the cheesiest manner possible that they are under citizens arrest. :wink:

Then I would recommend handing them a pair of handcuffs and requesting they do the right thing.

I just came across this on TTAG

Looks like an open carrier made a citizens arrest on a guy that did a hit and run. So far looks like all went well.

I have struggled with dyslexia my entire life. I know it's spelled wrong but thanks for pointing it out.

Looks like it worked out for him. So, good for that. Still...so many things could have gone wrong in that situation.
