Attorney referral?

Post by MacDonald »

No, I am not in need of an attorney, and hope that never changes. However, I was once a scout, so: Can anyone refer an attorney in Warren County or surrounding who is knowledgeable about self defense or criminal law? Just so I have a name to call if the worst happens.

My office is in Dayton, but I live in Warren County. Drop me a line if you want to set something up.

Has anyone else heard about, or ever used the services of the USCCA? (US concealed carry association) I joined them at $13.10 per month to get their magazine, but members also can get attorney insurance. With that $13.10 per month I get a $5,000 retainer and up to I think, $50,000 of attorney fees. It might not be $50,000, but it was significant enough for me to sign up for it. Just a thought.

The way I understand it, they will retain and pay for (up to some predetermined amount) a gun friendly attorney in your local area.

Attorneys for Harley

Post by slidelock »

Who were the attorneys who represented Harley at trial in Waverly? I am thinking of the Senior one, whom I had lunch with. I need his contact info.
