You don't need to take it out of the holster to get a shave and a haircut.

According to the incident report, Jan Wendling, 68, and two others at South Main Street Barber Shop, 569 S. Main St., were discussing firearms when Wendling took his black 9mm handgun from his holster. One round was allegedly discharged into the floor, causing injuries and damage.

Negligent assault is a third-degree misdemeanor. The maximum penalty is 60 days in jail and a $500 fine, Kemerer said. A 68-year-old male victim was taken to OhioHealth hospital with minor injuries and was later released.
I hate when people feel the need for "show and tell" during a firearms discussion.
