The guy is 20 and something, and there's probably some idiots out there that actually think if the law was changed so that he'd have to wait up to a year that somehow it would've prevented him from doing it. :roll:

One thing I notice that gets on my nerves. He had a 100 round magazine. They had to add on high-capacity every time they said it. Truth be told the US Army issues 20 round magazines for the basic rifle. The reason, higher capacity magazines tend to jam too much to be relied upon in combat.
