Harvey worked as a baggage handler and ramp agent for Delta Air Lines at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport when he was charged and arrested in December 2014. Prosecutors said he abused that position to get guns into the airport and passed them off to be taken to New York to be sold on the black market.
The charge he pleaded guilty to carries a penalty of up to 20 years in prison, but prosecutors asked the judge to impose a 2 ½-year sentence. They cited his cooperation with state prosecutors in New York, which helped convict his co-defendants, among other factors.

Harvey will get credit for time already served since Feb. 3, 2016, and U.S. District Judge Thomas Thrash ordered that Harvey's sentence be served at the same time as a five-year sentence he's currently serving on state charges in New York.

I think he might have gotten a lighter sentence under the previous presidential administration. If they'd even caught and prosecuted, that is.
Quit worrying, hide your gun well, shut up, and CARRY that handgun!
