The FBI agent who shot a man at a Denver nightclub when his weapon fell from his waistband while he was performing a backflip is scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning at 11:30 a.m. Eastern to enter a plea.

Chase Bishop, 29, faces one count of second-degree assault, a fourth-degree felony.
In a new update ahead of Thursday's hearing, Lane says there is no information about any plea deal in the works.
After the hearing was continued Thursday, it was reset for Nov. 8.
