According to court records, 49-year-old Robert Sweany — an officer from Cleveland's 1st district — was charged with OVI and a lane change violation stemming from a traffic stop on Interstate 71 in Ashland County on Dec. 20.
In dashcam video of the incident, the trooper can be heard telling Sweany that authorities received multiple phone calls about the way he was swerving all over the road.
The trooper asks Sweany to step out of his car and then takes the Cleveland officer's gun.

Because it would be a felony charge and just looking at their website they do not list felonies on there at all. In the state of Ohio, all felonies are heard in the Court of Common Pleas and in some counties, those are under a different website than the municipal court which handles traffic and misdemeanor violations. The case would be there if he was charged with it.
I am not a lawyer. My answers are based on research, knowledge, and are generally backed up with facts, the Ohio Revised Code, or the United States Code.
I looked at the Ashland County Common Pleas site first, and there is no entry under his name. had to locate the municipal court site to see his charges.
So apparently no charges for having a loaded firearm in his possession / in a vehicle when he's drunk..

Or it's being reviewed by the prosecutor and/or the grand jury.
