Cleveland TV crew robbed at gunpoint

Postby M-Quigley » Fri Dec 29, 2017 8:46 am ... ExLhaAvHN/

A reporter and photographer for the CBS affiliate WOIO-TV were robbed on the city’s east side Thursday afternoon, according to the station.

The three robbers, who appeared to be juveniles, took cell phones and money. Neither victim was injured.
“One of our crews became a news story, instead of reporting on one,” the station said in an online story. “But thankfully, our team was not hurt.”

The comments on that story (not sure where I read it) were interesting. People were commenting on how that TV station didn't report on the story during the broadcast, or they had somehow missed it, one guy said they had given it a brief mention and glossed over it in a couple seconds..

Wow the PD site has more details than the people that got robbed.. ... ed_of.html
