WHIO just trimmed that from more complete coverage on Cleveland.com which had:
The homeowner was not arrested. Police said they will present the case to a Cuyahoga Grand jury, which will decide whether or not he will face criminal charges.
I love this bit at the end:
Love as a 16-year-old was attacked and knocked unconscious in downtown Cleveland on his way home from C.A.S.T.L.E. Community High School, according to court records.
