It's sad that the employee was shot in the chest, but hopefully will recover, at least physically. Although it's nice the criminal shot himself also and got caught, you can't count on that. This is a good example of the importance of concealed carry. Shoot the criminal before they shoot you, and not just in the hand either.
Also brings to mind when carrying if you are fending off an attacker with one hand while trying to draw and shoot with the other, make sure you know where your off hand is in relation to where you are shooting.

Very good. In force on force training that's one of the things airsoft can teach, without the whole maimed-for-life aspect of real firearms.
