In order to shoot somebody, a citizen has to be in REASONABLE fear of life and limb.

Apparently in order to shoot somebody a cop just needs to be "scared".

Has anyone said it was reasonable yet? I don't think so.

Anybody HERE? No.

As noted previously the various narratives will REQUIRE some on BOTH ends of the political spectrum to justify it.

This is going to be a battle of the sociopaths and their hopelessly scrambled narratives. We are going to be told SIMULTANEOUSLY that:
  1. The cop CAN'T be guilty because he's a cop.
  2. The cop CAN'T be innocent because he's a cop.
  3. The cop CAN'T be guilty because he's Black.
  4. The cop CAN'T be innocent because he's Black.
  5. The cop CAN'T be guilty because he's a Muslim.
  6. The cop CAN'T be innocent because he's a Muslim.
  7. It CAN'T be the victim's fault because she was White.
  8. It HAS to be the victim's fault because she was White.
The only "causal factor" missing is "the Jews(tm)" and given the proclivities of the partisans of either side, they won't be missing from the "conversation" for long.

BCA warrant in Damond killing reveals woman 'slaps' squad car
...
In an application for a search warrant filed in Hennepin County District Court and made public near the end of Monday’s business day, a state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) homicide investigator wrote that about 11:30 p.m. on July 15 police responding to a 911 call arrived in the alley behind the 5000 block of Washburn Avenue S. and “a female ‘slaps’ the back of the patrol squad.”

The filing continued, “After that, it is unknown to BCA agents what exactly happened, but the female became deceased in the alley, approximately 10 to 20 feet north of 51st St.” after being shot by responding officer Mohamed Noor, a passenger in the squad.
It's unknown to them what happened. SMH

Since it CAN'T be the cop's fault and SOMEBODY has to be to blame, why not the deceased? Just ask the police union...

Has anyone read what happened to the alleged sexual assault victim that the shooting victim was trying to report?

I have not read anything about any other victims being found at the location, or anyone reporting they were assaulted in that area.

That's because the victim isn't going to report anything for fear of getting shot. Think about this for a moment. If the victim was to come forward, the pressure on them would be enormous to recant any accounts of rape or attempted rape.

An actual rape or attempted rape would lend credibility to Ms. Damond's actions. The "blue line" is going to portray Ms. Damond's actions as foolish, even though she had the best intentions. The "blue line" is going to make the most about the noise of the fireworks sounding like gun fire to add to the perception the moron with the badge had of the situation.

They are going to make the most of the tension in the situation, the [perceived] sound of gunfire, the rapid approach of someone to the police vehicle... Hopefully you get the picture.

The fact that nobody has come forward to report any rape or attempted rape helps the "blue line" in their defense of the moron with the badge and the fact that they hired him.

Put yourself in the shoes of the victim. Someone raped you, or tried to rape you. You might be able to identify the assailant(s), who might be a Somalian Muslim. I'm saying that because a lot of rapes, have been committed by the men of "little Mogadishu." If you, the victim, were able to identify the rapist(s) then the "brotherhood" would be after you to make sure you will not be able to testify.

Keep thinking like the rape victim as I continue. You are in fear of the rapist(s) coming back or an attack from the rapist(s') confederates. You live in an area where the law enforcement agencies as well as city hall have done nothing about the violence and mayhem coming out of "little Mogadishu." In fact, that same law enforcement agency which has been purposefully blind to the offences of the Somalians has used a Somalian to kill a person reporting the rape.

The victim could be saying to herself, "Who is going to believe me when the system has been protecting the Somalians in the past? What will happen to me if I go to the police station to report the rape? Will they arrest me? Will they shoot me? If I report the rape, what will the rapist(s) do to me next? I have to protect my family. If they can't get to me they will try to harm my _________. The cops and city hall are doing a lot to protect the Somalian cop and cover their tracks. If I report the rape they're going to post my name and picture all over the country. My life will be in greater jeopardy than before. I better keep my mouth shut and hope it doesn't happen to me again."

The victim has everything to lose by coming forward with a rape charge.

Fox News Article: "Minnesota cop who fatally shot Australian woman was 'fast-tracked' into the force"
“The cadet program is rigorous, no doubt,” James Densley, a criminal justice associate professor at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, told the Star Tribune, “but it is also an immersive paramilitary experience, taught by practitioner faculty without advanced degrees, and I suspect it leaves students with a limited view of the profession.
The only ones making the streets of Minneapolis a war zone are the Somali immigrants. Deport the ones causing the problem and there is no requirement to make the training "paramilitary."

The father of an Australian woman who was fatally shot by a Minnesota police officer this year said he was "deeply concerned" about the state's investigation into her death.

"We are apprehensive that perhaps the BCA [Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension] has not fulfilled its promise," John Ruszczyk, the father of Justine Damond, said at a news conference in Sydney this morning.

"We are deeply concerned about the possibility that the initial investigation was not done properly," he added.
Noor, who has not been charged, has refused to speak to investigators.
So if you are a cop and murder someone; all you have to do to avoid a murder charge is avoid answering all questions.

UPDATE: Cop to argue self defense in shooting in court

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-minn ... SKBN1HX07Y" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Mohamed Noor, 32, who has been charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter in the fatal shooting of 40-year-old Justine Damond, will next appear in court on May 8, online court records showed.

Minnesota’s Star Tribune newspaper reported it obtained a court filing in the case made on Wednesday that said Noor intends to claim he used “reasonable force” when he shot Damond, a spiritual healer from Sydney, should the case go to trial.
