Nebraska joins several other states have legislation introduced or in process. Alabama, Indiana, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, South Carolina,Texas, Virgina, Utah, and Wisconsin are all considering Constitutional carry. That list may increase as the year progresses. A bill in Kentucky appears to be dead for this year.
Montana passed a "permitless" carry bill for the third time this year. The bill would have extended "permitless" carry to the 1% of the state where a permit is required, but it was vetoed for a second time by Governor Bullock. A Constitutional Carry bill was vetoed for the second time by South Dakota Governor Daugaard.
New Hampshire and North Dakota have passed Constitutional Carry bills in 2017.

"Avarice, ambition, revenge and licentiousness would break the strongest cords of our Constitution, as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." John Adams to Mass Militia 10-11-1798
NOhio will pass Constitutional Carry only after every state surrounding Ohio has it. Also the OSP will oppose it, and state that it will lead to high noon shootouts, blood flowing in the streets, etc. (like we don't already have that with drug dealing felons that are prohibited from owning guns anyway ) The news media will interview CCW class instructors who will be opposed to it, and spread doom and gloom, because it doesn't benefit them,( or at the very least their answers will be edited to appear that way)
Ohio was one of the last few states to pass concealed carry. I expect the same for constitutional carry. But, if you want it to happen more quickly, the *only* way that will happen is if there is a groundswell of support for it, and if that support extends to activism at the statehouse. When OFCC organizes a legislative action day and 12 people show up like last week, that isn't going to get constitution carry passed. We need 10 times that number to show up at the state house, and 100 times that number to call, write and email their senators and representatives - not just once, or even twice, but repeatedly until it gets done.

Maybe. I considered that, but I suspect that "big stack of cash" would have to be big indeed for a single lobbyist to overcome the astroturf opposition, plus FOP, OSP, etc. that would come out against it. But your point is taken - a lobbyist with "green money" as Tweed would call it would reduce the amount of activism needed for passage - but not eliminate it.
