CLEVELAND, Ohio -- An 18-year-old man accused of committing three armed carjackings in a 10-day span was arrested because he didn't know how to drive stick shift, according to court records.
He committed two armed carjackings in one hour on Feb. 21, police said.
He and a 17-year-old boy approached a woman getting out of her car about 9:30 p.m. in the parking lot of Walgreen's pharmacy on Lorain Avenue and Rocky River Drive. The teen put an airsoft pellet gun to the woman's side and said: "Hold up, you know what time it is," according to court records.
He's lucky that the answer for that woman to that statement wasn't Time to get out my own gun and use it.
Getting to the point where I'm sad that it wasn't. Now we'll have to feed and house this waste of space.
