Not that it has any bearing on the tragedy, but I'm surprised there is cops out there that are still using a revolver. (although it might be a backup gun)

Two days ago while connecting in the Chicago ohare airport the police officer working security had a smith 357 on his side, which I was intrigued by as I haven't seen a revolver in a long time either on an officer.
